Long-Distance, Local Slamming Complaints Continue To Grow in Southwestern Bell Service Region October Statistics Show Need Remains for Education, Regulation Complaints Also Increase About Related Problem: Cramming San Antonio, Texas, December 4, 1997 Long-distance slamming continues to be a significant problem for Southwestern Bell customers, while the volume of complaints is also growing over local-service slamming and a new source of customer irritation, called "cramming."
