Boeing Reports Quarterly Dividend of 40 Cents a Share

CHICAGO, Oct. 27, 2008 -- Boeing [NYSE: BA] Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer Jim McNerney reports that the board of directors today declared a quarterly dividend of forty (40) cents per share.

The dividend is payable Dec. 5 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 7.
