HALLIBURTON AND KBR 2006 FOURTH QUARTER CONFERENCE CALL

HOUSTON, Texas – Halliburton (NYSE:HAL) and KBR (NYSE:KBR) will host a joint one-and-one-half hour conference call on Friday, January 26, 2007, to discuss fourth quarter financial results.  The call will begin at 9:00 AM Central Time (10:00 AM Eastern Time). 

Both companies will issue press releases concerning their respective 2006 fourth quarter earnings prior to the conference call.
