Shell chairman Mark Moody-Stuart told analysts today that much more had to be done to improve the Group's financial performance in the light of results for the third quarter of this year which he described as "disappointing". Commenting in London following publication of the results he said: "I am sure we are going in the right direction - but the environment we are working in, underlined by these results, clearly shows that we have to move further and faster than we have been doing."
