On March 17, 2008 Royal Dutch Shell plc filed its Annual Report and Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2007 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The 2007 Annual Report and Form 20-F can be downloaded from www.shell.com/ir or www.sec.gov - opens in new window.
Separately the 2007 Annual Review including Summary Financial Statements can be downloaded from www.shell.com/ir. A Dutch translation of the Annual Review will be available on the same website from April 3, 2008.
Hard copies of the complete audited financial statements are available free of charge upon request. Printed copies of the 2007 Annual Report and Form 20-F and 2007 Annual Review will be available from April 21, 2008 and can be requested, free of charge, at www.shell.com/annualreport.
The Annual Reports and Accounts will be submitted to the Annual General Meeting of shareholders, which will be held on May 20, 2008.
