Toyota, MO NUNN Racing To Partner In IRL Competition
November 11, 2002 -- Torrance, CA -- Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A. and Mo Nunn
Racing announced today that they have reached an agreement for Toyota to supply
Indy Racing League (IRL) engines to the team beginning in 2003, the manufacturer's
inaugural season of IRL competition.
The agreement provides Toyota with its fourth team, along with Penske Racing,
Kelley Racing and Target Chip Ganassi Racing, in a quest for its first Indianapolis
500 victory and an IRL title ...

Toyota Reports October Sales
Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc.,
today reported monthly sales of 135,307 vehicles, a decrease of 20.6 percent
compared to last year's record-shattering October. Calendar-year-to-date (CYTD)
sales total 1,478,377, an increase of 1.3 percent compared to the same period
last year.
"The last 12 months....and especially last October...were an anomaly for
