Toyota announced today the promotions and
rotations of several senior level managers at the automaker's North American
manufacturing facilities and headquarters.

The new positions are as follows:
Hideki Matsunaga, TMMBC, President. Mr. Matsunaga will also continue his role
as Vice President, Production Engineering, for TMMNA.
Patrick Nepute, TMMNA, Vice President and General Counsel for Legal. Mr. Nepute
was previously General Manager for Corporate Affairs.
Walt Oshido, NUMMI, General Manager, Truck Organization. Mr. Oshido was previously
Assistant General Manager, Manufacturing, Truck Assembly.
In addition to the recent promotions, several of Toyota's North American manufacturing
executives have been assigned to new positions within the organization.
The rotations are as follows:
Millie Marshall, TMMNA, General Manager, Information Systems. Ms. Marshall
was previously General Manager, TMMAL, Administration
Kirk Kohler, TMMTX, General Manager Onsite Supplier Support. Mr. Kohler was
previously General Manager, Manufacturing, Truck, at NUMMI.
