Toyota announced today the promotions
of several senior level managers at the automakers' North American manufacturing
facilities and headquarters.
"Toyota's North American manufacturing executives face exciting challenges
in the coming years," said Atsushi Niimi, president of Toyota Motor Manufacturing
North America, Inc. (TMMNA).
"As always, Toyota is driven to improve quality and efficiency. At the
same time we're working hard to ensure that Toyota and Lexus products remain
a good value to our customers. I am confident that these challenges and our
rapid growth will be met head on by this strong management team."
The new positions are as follows:
Mark Boire, TMMNA General Manager, Production Engineering, Vehicle Production
Engineering. Mr. Boire was previously TMMNA Assistant General Manager, Production
Engineering, Vehicle Production Engineering.
Todd Bridwell, TMMNA General Manager, Information Systems, Business Systems
Innovation. Mr. Bridwell was previously TMMNA Assistant General Manager, Information
Systems, Business Systems Innovation.
Kevin Butt, TMMNA General Manager, Corporate Affairs. Mr. Butt was previously
TMMNA Assistant General Manager, Body Production Engineering.
Jon Delong, TMMI General Manager, Production. Mr. Delong was previously Toyota
Motor Manufacturing, Indiana, Inc. (TMMI) Assistant General Manager, Manufacturing
Planning.
Kevin Martin, TMMNA General Manager, Quality, Field Quality Assurance. Mr.
Martin was previously TMMNA Assistant General Manager, Quality, Field Quality
Assurance.
Jeff Moore, Toyota Motor Manufacturing, West Virginia, Inc. (TMMWV) General
Manager, Manufacturing. Mr. Moore was previously TMMWV Assistant General Manager,
Manufacturing.
Glenn Uminger, TMMNA General Manager, Production Control, Logistics. Mr. Uminger
was previously TMMNA Assistant General Manager, Production Control, Logistics.
In addition to the recent promotions, several of Toyota's North American manufacturing
executives have been assigned to new positions within the organization.
The rotations are as follows:
Dom Beradesco, TABC, Inc. Vice President, Administration. Mr. Beradesco was
previously Toyota Motor Manufacturing de Baja California (TMMBC) Vice President,
Administration.
Bob Reid, TMMBC Vice President, Administration and Secretary. Mr. Reid was
previously TMMNA Vice President, Administration, on assignment at Toyota Motor
Manufacturing Canada, Inc.
Dan Robbins, Bodine - Tennessee, Vice President and Plant Manager, Manufacturing.
Mr. Robbins was previously CAPTIN Vice President, Manufacturing.
Jim Wiseman, TMMNA Vice President, Corporate Affairs, External Affairs. Mr.
Wiseman was previously TMMNA Vice President, Human Resources.
Jamie Bonini, TMMNA Supplier Commodity Engineering. Mr. Bonini was previously
Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Kentucky, Inc. (TMMK) General Manager, Powertrain.
Dave Cox, TMMK Project Engineer and Engineering Development. Mr. Cox was previously
TMMNA General Manager, Production Engineering.
Phil Duncan, TMMI General Manager, Manufacturing Planning. Mr. Duncan was previously
TMMWV General Manager, Production.
