merchant program. The two companies are teaming up to introduce
Yahoo!'s large user base to the award-winning content and e-commerce

hands-on activities, and services from hundreds of manufacturers,

also has secured placement on select toy and educational keyword
search results pages. In addition, SmarterKids.com will participate
in Yahoo! front page promotions.
